The course is designed for people who are thinking
about buying their first home. These workshops "demystify"
the homebuying process and better prepare people to
work with a team of professionals to find and purchase
a house. Those who successfully complete the course
are much better informed about how to work with a
team of professionals to find, purchase, and maintain
their new home.
Scheduled speakers from the local real estate community
include a local banker, a licensed home inspector,
a licensed real estate sales person or broker, an
insurance agent, and a real estate attorney. The RDI
trainer facilitates the program and ensures that the
participants have an opportunity to ask relevant questions
of each speaker. |
